Get up from your desk or wherever you’ve been working and move your body–stretch, get some water, use the restroom.

Our fascia starts to thicken up after this time period and gives us the “stiff” feeling after we’ve been sitting for too long. Set your phone alarm to ding every 20 minutes to signal you.
